One year later I am still loving my cutting board. It has been one of the best purchases I've made. Small cuts do appear... but I take good care of my board. And like I said... *no* serrated edge blades allowed. What a great purchase.
After reading some of the other reviews regarding "cuts" in a cutting board on here I almost didn't buy this. I am so glad I did! This is a perfect size for someone who does a lot of home made prep with vegetables, etc. If you use a good sharp chef's knife (NOT serrated edge!) you will *never* notice the small cuts in this board. I've used this about 1 month now and I use a great anti-bacterial product to keep it clean as a whistle.
*All* plastic and wood cutting boards will eventually have cuts in them. This is normal. The key is to *never* use a serrated edge blade on them. Serrated edge blades (in my opinion) are for amateurs. (Sorry folks... no Ginsu knives for me!). Anyway, this is a great product. I will buy another one as soon as I need it.

I've had some pretty awful cutting boards -- wood and plastic and those plastic sheet kind. This is a great cutting board as far as I'm concerned and I cook every day, multiple times a day for my family. I cook a wide range of things from sophisticated to very basic. The best thing about this board is that you can put it in the dishwasher to sanitize it. I think the people who complain about their "chopping rhythm" being off are a little more picky than the everyday cook. Which is fine -- to each their own. This is a really nice cutting board and will be a great tool in your kitchen if you're the everyday cook looking for a very functional, better-than-most cutting board and aren't worried about your chopping rhythm or kitchen chi etc.Customer Review: Quality non-skid cutting board

This is a quality non-skid cutting board that met all my expectations:
It fits into my dishwasher for easy cleanup
It has a groove to prevent spillage onto my countertops
It's non-skid
It's large enough to cut just about anything
The price is very affordable
It doesn't dull my knives
It doesn't harbor bacteria
Overall I am very pleased with this cutting board and would definately buy it again if I needed to.

This is just the right size to build a sandwich on or to slice a chicken. The gripper feet keep it from moving when you slice and the grooved edge catches the juices.
When done, just stick it in the dishwasher in the plate rack and it comes out clean and sterile and ready to work again. Almost a year before I worried that deep grooves in the plastic might harbor germs.... Now, I'm back for a new one!
This is a real work horse...

After using an old warped poly board for way too long we finally purchased this board after reading some good information on it. We think it's a great little cutting board and the grips are a nice addition to keep it from sliding around. We find it not too small and not too large and fits in the space above our sink nicely. I really can't think of anything negative about it so it gets 5 stars - recommended.
