This was a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It makes separating the fat from the pan drippings for gravy a real snap. One of the best investments for holiday cooking.
The only thing I'd change would be to have the fat separator made out of glass rather than plastic.

I don't know why I didn't buy one of these much sooner, but now that I have this one, I just love it! It is very well made and works perfectly. The padded handle keeps it from getting too hot to hold, and the four cup Oxo separator is just the right size.Customer Review: Very Pleased!

I used my new Oxo Fat Separator this weekend when I made pulled pork. In the past, I'd have to refrigerate the liquid (time-consuming) or just toss it out. The separator worked perfectly and I was able to serve MOIST pulled pork immediately! Great buy!
