Customer Review: Good Basic Colander

My previous colander was a pretty Calypso Basics 3 Quart powder coated Colander, Orange. However, within a year the enamel started to chip off and the metal underneath began to rust. So, the colander hunt began.
OXO was one of the few stainless steel colanders I found. It's not nearly as pretty as the other one but since I keep it in the cupboard that's not really an issue. It's sturdy and the little feet are tall enough to allow me to set it in the sink without having to worry my food, once dumped in the colander, will touch the sink basin. It's a good size. It's small enough to fit in a kitchen sink and a cupboard and it's big enough to strain a pot of pasta.
I've been using it for two months now and there aren't any signs of aging so far. I'll update this review if anything starts to happen....
