Customer Review: Awesome napkin holder - label issue has been resolved!

Update (March 24): I can now confirm that the label issue has been resolved. I received a new napkin pinch ordered from Amazon.com today and the label easily peeled right off. No glue residue was left behind. I have updated my rating to a 5/5 and will be returning my old napkin pinch for a refund.
Original Review: I have always loved Oxo products. Nearly all of my kitchen utensils are from Oxo. Their styling, functionality, comfort, and quality has always been top notch. This is one exception.
As far as styling and functionality goes, this product is great. The brushed stainless steel gives it a stylish, sleek, modern look. Napkins pull out very easily, however I have found that they need to be placed in the holder a certain way or sometimes more than 1 napkin can come out.
What ruins this product is the impossible to remove label that is plastered on one side of the holder. It took me literally hours of work to remove it. I used Goo Gone which did nothing. I next tried Goof Off which a professional strength adhesive remover. This did nothing. I tried soaking it in water. Nothing. Finally I spent over an hour with an industrial heat gun slowly heating and scraping off the label. This left minor scratches in the finish that are fairly noticeable.
This is unacceptable, and as far as I am concerned ruins the product. What should be a 5 star review is reduced to a generous 3 star only because of a label adhered with super glue.
I have read that the most recent batch (March 2010) has the label issue resolved. I have decided to order a new one from Amazon to test the new label and will return my old, scratched pinch. If the label issue is actually resolved, I will consider raising my rating to a 5 star.
