food mill does every thing it promises. i use it to grind up fresh tomatoes to make sauce(separates seeds and skin from meat perfectly)and i also made the best mashed sweet potatoes with it. having the three different size discs is wonderful and it cleans up so easily. its very well made and seems like it will last. worth the money i spent. i really shopped around and looked at alot of food mills before i bought this one. i am very happy with my purchaseCustomer Review: what a time saver!

Got this to assist with the bumper crop of tomatoes from the garden this year. What a time saver!I've put up 40 pounds of tomatoes so far, and could not imagine processing that many tomatoes into tomato sauce by hand.
I like the way the legs fold out to fit over a bowl or pan. The capacity is good (particulary at this price point). And it is very easy to clean.
I'm looking forward to using this for jam and applesauce as well!

"Simply amazing! exactly what I was looking for. I made some homemade tomato sauce, and was very pleased that it kept all of the seeds and tomato peel out. So easy to set up and clean. There's so many useful things you can use it for. I mainly got it for canning. One of most important tools in the kitchen. It came quicker than expected, that was a bonus. I recommended this to all my friends. This would make a great wedding gift for someone.Customer Review: Easy to use. Gentle on wrists/hands.

I have both carpel tunnel and tendinitis in my wrists and I can turn the crank on this thing for a good 10 minutes or more without switching hands (pretty amazing for someone with my wrist and hand issues).
It comes with three blades, it's easy to put together, easy to use, and easy to clean. It's very sturdy and the rubber feet help hold it down without scratching the bowl or pot.
I love this mill and would recommend it to anyone.

This food mill replaced an old rusty one of thirty years. (Scrape...scrape...) This is so easy to turn, (heaven!) the feet make it fit on the top of every bowl, and it is easy to clean. With the different size grids you can really change the result of whatever you are processing....fine or chunkier. I use it mainly for applesauce, but it is great for mashed potatoes and soups. I have given one to my daughter and mother....they love it too.
