I got this with the 4-for-3 deal, thinking I'd only use it to remove cookies off the sheet after baking. Recently though, I've been eating a lot of quesadillas because they're quick and easy. I use burrito size flour tortillas to make a sort of quesadilla sandwich, with the filling between the 2 tortillas. The thing nearly takes all the space in my skillet, it's large. This OXO Good Grips large silicone turner is GREAT for flipping those quesadillas. Yes, I've got to be quick when I flip it as this turner isn't as big as my tortillas and I risk having the gooey filling slide out the sides, but if I'm quick it works great.
My skillet is actually a 12" T-Fal Jumbo Cooker so the edges of the pan come straight up, and with other turners it's tricky to flip the quesadilla as the tortillas take up nearly all the room in the pan. The flexibility of this Good Grips turner really helps with this.
If this silicone turner was the same size as my burrito tortillas, this turner would be perfect. :) As it is, it does the job very well, and still looks like new after several months of owning it. I'm pleased with it.

I purchased this flipper (or turner or spatula, whichever you prefer) based on the recommendation of an employee at a cooking supply store (you know which store...the expensive one). I needed something a bit larger and safe for non-stick pans.
I'm very happy with this flipper. The silicone can take the heat, it's thin with a tapered edge, and the metal core gives it stiffness. My only minor complaint is I wish it was a little less flexible. Not by much, but just a little stiffer would be nice. The size is just what I was looking for. To give you an idea how big this is, I can turn two pancakes at once using this flipper. No, I'm not trying to be an efficient breakfast cook - sometimes I'm a little enthusiastic with the pancake batter and two pancakes join together.
This has held up well so far (3 months of use). It's dishwasher safe though it does pick up water spots. I think this is a good tool to have on hand, just keep in mind it's for turning food. You won't be able to scrape pans with this - it's not stiff enough and the silicone is too thin.

When I first received this spatula I thought it might be too big, but have found it to be an excellent tool that is easy to use for large or small items. Better than I expected. While it does not have the heft to maneuver heavy items it works superbly with most. The thin leading edges slide easily beneath any item in a pan.
