Customer Review: The Best Flexible Spatula for Frying Eggs

As someone who uses eggs as a main source of protein, a good spatula/turner is VERY necessary. I've tried MANY different types and I consistently go back to this one because it works so well. It is great for making 2-egg omelets and I use it most with a smaller frying pan. It is flexible enough to turn over-easy eggs without making a mess.
Of course, if you abuse it, it will melt. It is made nylon, people! If you're careful with where you rest it and how long it comes in contact with a hot surface it will give you years of perfectly turned eggs.
