Customer Review: I must like it, I now own five

I bought one of these for bread flour. It holds a five-pound bag, is easy to get into (love the pop up lids), size that allows scooping up the contents easily, and has worked great. After a couple of weeks I ordered another two for AP flour and wheat flour. A couple of additional weeks, I decided I needed one for corn meal, and then three or so weeks later bought one for sugar. All work great. After use, I just take a paper towel and wipe the rim before putting on the lid and popping it closed. Some folks have mentioned receiving damaged units, and unfortunately I have to report I had one such experience. The final one was shipped with the container bottom against the side of the carton and packing material around the rest of it. The bottom was cracked upon arrival. Amazon had a replacement headed my way the next day, it came in fine, and was holding a five pound bag of sugar a few minutes later. All five of mine are the 4-quart storage units, but I expect I'll be adding some other sizes for rice, dry beans, orzo, couscous, and so forth. Five stars: does exactly what it is supposed to do, and does it very well.
