Customer Review: Very happy with it
Summary: 5 Stars

Before I got 3 different sizes of the Good Grips silicone turners, we had a couple stainless steel spatulas we used in my stainless steel pans and a plastic one that was supposed to be used only in my single non-stick pan I use for omelets. The plastic ones kept getting broken or melted slightly over time.
This is the spatula I use for omelets now. I'm very happy with the durability. I see other people have had problems but using mine normally and not doing any hard scraping or anything else with it, it's held up quite well. I'm very happy with it. We hand wash our dishes.
It's not damaging at all to my non-stick pan and I think with normal usage I shouldn't have to replace it for a couple more years.
For things that need more pressure and harder use, I'll still use my steel spatulas and steel pans but for non-stick, I love this spatula.

Customer Review: Great product
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this turner to replace an old, battered, plastic spatula that we had had for about fifteen years. I've always been more than happy with the Good Grips products we've tried, so we purchased this one. So far, it's been great! It hasn't scratched any of our pots and pans, is as heat-resistant as it says it should be, and cleans up easily (food seems to wipe right off and not get caked on it, even if the food has dried a bit).

My only caution is that we purchased both this turner and the "large" Good Grips turner, thinking that this one would be a smaller size. It's actually quite large, and doesn't work well in the small, eight-inch frying pan that I make my eggs in. Of course, that is my fault for not looking at the dimensions more carefully; just be sure you realize that this is actually more of a "normal"-sized spatula.

Customer Review: Great size, and safe on non-stick cookware
Summary: 5 Stars

I recently purchased a new electric skillet, and wanted to be sure no metal turners were used in it. I purchased this Oxo Flexible Turner from Amazon, and have been very pleased with it. In the past, I've occasionally left a turner leaning in a pan, as I went to stir something else, and have returned to a melted handle or turning surface. The silicone turner is safe to much higher temperatures, and has a metal area on the handle, approximately where it would likely contact the pan if leaned against the side. I've had no problems with this spatula melting or becoming misshapen from the heat!

It is a nice size, larger than it appears in the picture, so it easily flips grilled cheese sandwiches and pancakes.

No complaints whatsoever, and I highly recommend this product.

Customer Review: One great flipper!
Summary: 5 Stars

I picked this up a month ago for use when cooking Arepas. My hard spatulas tend to knock the edges of the patties off when they are flipped over and I thought a more flexible turner would be better. Well, it certainly is an improvement and moreover, it is great for pretty much everything else too. I especially love using it for scrambled eggs. It is almost like a rubber spatula, in that it gets the food out of the corners of the fry pan. (Makes clean up a bit easier too.)

I have used it with my cast iron fry pans, on high heat when frying and it has held up to the heat with out any curling or melting. I do a lot of cooking, so durability is always a concern - after a month the turner still looks like new. A big plus in my book.

A very nice, durable, midsized spatula!
