Ok, so you know how when you use the traditional measuring cup, the measurement can be a little over or a little under dependent on how you look at it? Well, this solves the problem. Of course, I am not a professional chef by no means, but this is soooooooo easy to use.
Description of Oxo Good Grips 1-Cup Angled Measuring Cup
The Good Grips Angled Measuring Cup will revolutionize liquid measuring. The patented angled surface lets you read measurement markings by looking straight down into the Cup. No more filling, checking and adjusting the amount you measure. The handle is soft and non-slip for a firm grip. The bright measurement markings are in cup, ounce and milliliter denominations to accommodate any recipe.A brilliant innovation, this 1-cup measuring vessel is not round but oval. That means calibrations are printed on the cup's sides, as is conventional, as well as on a patented guide inside the cup that's angled so it can be read from above. The result is that this cup doesn't have to be held up--or bent down to--in order to determine how much liquid it contains.
