Customer Review: Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice...

I purchased this model and loved it... until the gripper top stopped working and would no longer stay in spindle. This made it difficult to get it out from under the sink to use regularly. Thought someone must have been too forceful in my home (though my husband doesn't touch it and my girls are under 6) so purchased another. Same thing happened. There is something very delicate about the gripper top, or flimsy. We have a glass top table so I use paper towels to clean it up. I need something reliable. This product is not it. Will not be buying a third. Learn from my 2 mistakes and purchase another model.
