I used this for several years, and it is fine for what it is. I like the handle, but the head is a bit small, which can tear the meat.

I've since replaced it with the i-series version, which I like a lot better:

The Good Grips Meat Tenderizer is perfect for taking care of your meat and creating the most tender cuts. It features a flat side for pounding and a textured side for tenderizing. The solid aluminum construction is extra sturdy and soft handle absorbs pressure. Not recommended for use in dishwasher.

If you're fond of thin cutlets or like your meat tender as butter, this meat tenderizer is the tool for the job--it's got a flat side for pounding and a textured side for tenderizing. This hammerlike gadget features one-piece aluminum construction for strength and durability. The large, comfortable handle is made of brushed stainless steel with rubber fins for comfort and will remain cool to the touch. It's also nonslip under wet or dry conditions.
