I bought this here masher about two months ago, and I've been eating mashed potatoes every day, so its gotten some good use. However, I've found that with such frequent use, the masher is getting a bit mis-shapen. It also started to rust after a few cycles in the washing machine, which was unexpected! Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what, but I was pretty disappointed in this masher. I'd definitely invest in a better masher in the future!Customer Review: Hulk Mash....

This potato masher works well and its very easy to clean. The handle is also comfortable. BTW you can also use it to mash/chop up eggs for tuna salads ect.Customer Review: it's ok

It did the job, but takes more time to to mash up potatoes than my old Tupperware masher. Wish I bought the new Oxo masher, that has a flat grill surface, I think it would do a better job.
I like to use this because it feels good, solid when mashing. Like all Oxo products, I think its because of the good-sized, soft handle, and sturdy construction.
