This has got to be the best peeler design in HISTORY!!! I use to hate peeling potatoes until I bought this peeler. I also bought one for my daughter and step-mom and they both absolutely love it! Try it I guarantee you'll love it. They also offer replacement blades for this item. Sounds kinda crazy to be so excited about a peeler, but try it you will be too....Customer Review: maybe not

I purchased a new peeler to put in a second area in the kitchen. Only thing is my old peeler works slightly better and it is a lot older. I don't like the idea that I can purchase a new blade on this one either. Heck, I'd rather not bother with changing blades and just buy a new one. This is best peeler I've bought so far. I have been searching for the perfect peeler and had recently purchased a Zyliss peeler. The Zyliss peeler is also very good, but I think I like the OXO better. The OXO is much heavier and easier to grip than any other peeler, so you don't slip and accidentally shave your finger. It's more expensive, but I think it's worth it after buying a lot of cheap ones that just rust or are too dull.Customer Review: a kitchen must-have

Who knew that having a sharp new peeler blade could transform food prep? This is a comfortable, well-designed tool. The little end scoop doesn't look adequate but in fact it's perfectly up to the task of removing potato eyes and blemishes on fruit.
