Although, I don't do a large amount of vegetable peeling, when I do, I want it to be easy; and this swivel peeler certainly does that. It is extremely sharp and peels potatoes, carrots and apples with ease. It's also very comfortable to use. If you've every had your hand cramp up after peeling several apples for a pie, you know how important that is. I bought the replacement blades at the same time as the peeler but wonder if I'll ever have to use them. Oxo makes great products, and I've never been unhappy with any of them. I'm very satisfied with this peeler and highly recommend it.Customer Review: 10 bucks well spent!!

This has got to be the best peeler design in HISTORY!!! I use to hate peeling potatoes until I bought this peeler. I also bought one for my daughter and step-mom and they both absolutely love it! Try it I guarantee you'll love it. They also offer replacement blades for this item. Sounds kinda crazy to be so excited about a peeler, but try it you will be too....
